Pierre Henry's Ceviche Recipe
1 Lb. chopped fresh fish (Red Snapper, Ahi/Yellowfin Tuna, Dorado, or Shrimp or all of them!)
3 limes juiced
½ cup thinly sliced red onions
1 chopped tomato
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1 garlic clove pressed
Salt to taste!
Mix fish, lime juice & onions together. Refrigerate for 24hrs.
Drain lime juice and mix in all other ingredients. Chill & serve.
Use
tortilla chips
to scoop!...
