An Authentic Mexican Margarita

Told to me by the owner/waiter at Topolos in Mazatlan

Ingredients:

• Tequila

• Controy

• lime

• ice

Directions:

• Pour Tequila and Controy in liberal quantities (to taste) over ice.

• Squeeze a lime into mix.

• Let it sit for 30 seconds, swish it around a bit with a finger or swizzle stick.

• Drink in liberal quantities (to taste).

That's it.   No fuss, no muss.
