Angel Island is a premier destination in California's San Francisco Bay.   It is one of the many California state parks and has played a central role in the history of California, enticing tourists and locals alike to the exhibits still remaining all around the island.   Somwhat akin to New York's Ellis Island , Angel Island was used by the federal government to process immigrants coming to the US Pacific coast from remote locations around the world.   Ayala Cove, also known as Hospital Cove, supports visiting yachts and sports a museum and picnic area.   It is an undeniable wonder of the San Francisco Bay area.
