Pan Fried Seafood.
Recipe developed over time while underway to somewhere...
Ingredients:
Fresh Seafood
Garlic
butter for flavor ( if available )
teriaki or soy sauce
olive oil
Directions:
Chop the garlic into small pieces and pan fry it in butter until the garlic is near mush.
Squeeze a lime ( leftover from the
margarita
) into mix.
pour in some teriyaki and soy sauce until bottom of pan is covered very thinly.
Place the seafood filet in the pan and cook until done (about 10 minutes).
That's it. No fuss, no muss.
