Fish Taco.

Recipe developed over time while cooking at home in California or underway to somewhere...



  • Chop the garlic and bell peppers into small pieces and pan fry it in until the garlic is near mush.

  • Squeeze a lime ( leftover from the margarita ) into mix.

  • pour in some teriyaki and soy sauce until bottom of pan is covered very thinly.

  • Place the seafood filet in the pan and cook until done (about 10 minutes).

  • Place fish, garlic and bell peppers on a tortilla, pour on the hot sauce to taste sprinkle some cheese ,sour cream, guacamole and any thing else you can think of.   Tastes great!!!

That's it.   No fuss, no muss.
